Once this form is received by Raven Europe, an RMA will be created and the appropriate details will be emailed to the address entered into the Email Address field below. In order to reduce repair time and cost, please provide as much detail as possible. Example of details to provide:
  • What issue is being experienced?
  • What function/task is being performed when the issue occurs?
  • Does the issue occur consistently?
  • What settings are used to replicate the issue?
  • What troubleshooting has been performed?
IMPORTANT! - Do not return mounting hardware, cabling, or any items not directly associated with the product to be repaired. Raven Industries will not be responsible for the loss of any additional items returned, not directly associated with the item returned for repair.
